Newton Faulkner- Orange Skies

This is the last song on Newtons new album 'Studio Zoo'.
I realised that there isn't any tabs for this yet, so I
had a crack at it and think I've come pretty close
(without doing the higher or tappy bits.)
The chords refer to what they would be called in
standard tuning. Enjoy!

No Capo
Tuned Half-Step Down

Verse Chords Chorus Chords (A) (C#) (B) (A) (B) e|----5--------9--------7----| e|----0--------2---| B|----5--------9--------7----| B|----2--------2---| G|----6--------9--------8----| G|----2--------4---| D|----7--------11-------9----| D|----2--------4---| A|----7--------11-------9----| A|----0--------2---| E|----5--------9--------7----| E|----0--------0---|
Intro- (Listen to song for rhythm) A, C#, B, C# x2 Verse- (Slightly Dubbed, almost just bass notes) Continue with A, C#, B, C# I was born in 85' and I just want to get some sleep, I've been away so long oh I just want to rest my feet, I've been knocked side ways by the people of my frequency, Where ever I go there is always something there with me.. Chorus- A, B Home... verse 2- (Slightly Dubbed)Continue A, C#, B, C# (Before going back to the Chorus play an E) I have memorized your face so I can always see, and every time I close my eyes it's you right there smiling back at me, Even though it's one below and the skies are always grey, I can feel it in my bones it's London calling me... Chorus 2- A, B Home... Middle 8- A, E (in time with the changes, I don't know what he actually plays) verse 3- Hold A then play A, C#, B, C# very quietly. I was born in 85', the years go by, my footsteps fall, I know inside that every time I walk out that door, That I'll be back and in my sights I'll find familiar shores, (and you) See Orange Skies and traffic lights and then you know that you're... (Raise the volume/ strumming strength for the last Chorus) Chorus 3- A, B Home... Then drop out the guitar for the last round of choir singing. Hope you enjoy playing this tab and find it to be accurate, Thanks :) x
