OK... now please bear in mind that this is only my own interpretation
of the chords... these are in no way official.. these are only what
sound right when I play them...
They are quite complicated... and as it seems they have mixed F#maj7
chord over the top of another chord progression. So.. either play this
with two guitars... or if you are playing this on one guitar... may
I suggest learning a way to play the following chords with an "F"
note (and if possible throw in an "A#" note on the chords that are
not F#major)... you could probably do it without them... but it sounds
 too formula, and empty...
The Bass notes I have done after certain chords (marked with the
slash) pose possibly another problem. You could probably get away
without the bass notes if you have a second guitarist. Or you could
learn the chords including the bass note... (I don't know what would
be easier)
But in the end... you make of this what you will.. (it is only my own
little opinion) If playing on piano... have fun... cause this is ten
 times easier..

Sorry for the uncomfortablility, relax, and enjoy

One played needs to be playing an F#maj7 chord through out this piece
the other plays what is below... (heads or tails for who gets what)

INTRO - F#---

F# B/F#
What did the men say to the women when they lay down at night

             C#/F# F# B/F#
All naked of arms from the old imagined flight?

    F# B/F#
And how do the women hear in kind and in likeness of light

                 C# F# B
"In kindness you needn't and neither do I we are both of us capable of flight"

       F# B C# B F#
and as if to get proof She jumped through the hole in the roof

     F# B/F#
What did the condemned say to the blessed when they met on the path

                C#/F# F# B
"O you take the low road and I'll take the high for a laugh

    B/F# C#/F# F# B
but if I'm laughing now it's because I've a gentle heart"

    F# B C# B F#
And because it was true He slipped through the hole in the roof

B/F# C#/F# C#/F# F#

B/F# C#/F# C#/F# F#

B/F# C#/F# C#/F# F#

B

F#----

F#
La la la la

            B
La la la la la--

      F# B/F# B
from above your head a thing can be read that you're thinking

         B/F# C#/F# F#
What the secretaries sing and the CEO's bark in the bars

F# B/F#
What do the dead say to the ones who still think they're alive?

                        C#/F# F# B
"With your heads all on backwards you can't see infront for what near behind you lies"

      F# B/F#
"Well show us some help then. above youre head let it flicker the light

                    C#/F# F# B
these ones that I'm with have not learned to forgive your necessary alibis

          B/F# C#/F# C#/F# F#
When they made you love money.

        B/F# C#/F# C#/F# F#
And the poor prophets stock

          B/F# C#/F#
When they poisoned the watersheds

                       F# B
and fashioned our arrowheads from the deep forbidden rock

      B/F# C#/F# F#
O but did you see what people do?

    B/F# C#/F# F#
And when you saw it you did it too

    B/F# C#/F# F# B
Now all you children are twice the size of you

                                      B C# B F#
and they come in at night through the hole in your roof

    B C# B F#
the hole in your roof

    B C# B F#
the hole in your roof

    B C#
the hole in

B
your

F#
roof
