heres some easy punk beats start off slow then aim to gradualy get the bpm up to 200 or more.mail at thembones@geekpal.net.

If you\'re right (or left) foot ends up really tired by the end of playing those beat numerous times try this beat-

once you\'ve got these beats mastered try these things in the beats-

ride on the ride or the floor tom

play tom-tom notes instead of the snare (good for when a guitarist is palm muting)

if you can do a double stroked snare thingy try this beat-

if your in a band and your bandmates ask for something a bit faster then try this beat-
play it at about 200 to 250 bpm and it should sound good.

  bo---------------|o---oo--o---oo--|because it's so fast. the bass beats can be put 
                                     wherever just try to get a good sound out of it
                                     and maintain the loose hi-hat and snare.
