This song is pretty easy to play, it was hard to tab though.
I watched videos of the band playing the song for help.
The video shot at Flex, Wien shows one of their guitar guys a lot.
I also listened to the Maida Vale 2014 live version. Some things are clearer there.
Additional info or thoughts provided. Lots of text.
Strumming not shown. A bit confusing sometimes.

If you have suggestions, send me an e-mail or comment.

Intro/Verse
e|------------------------------------------------------------------------| B|------8--8---------8--8-------------------------------------------------| G|------x--x--9------x--x--9-------9--9-----------------------------------| D|--10-10-10-10---10-10-10-10---10-10-10-10--10-10-10---9-9---------------| A|--8--8--8--8----8--8--8--8----8--8--8--x---x--x--x----x-x---------------| E|---------------------------------------8---8--8--8----7-7---------------|
You could play the 8 on the B string on the 12th fret on the G string. Footage revealed that this seems to be played like above though. "why do all my plans fall through...?" e|-------| B|-------| G|-------| D|--7----| A|--7----| let ring E|-------| Bridge 1 ("all the way out the edge...") Guitar 1 strums the intro/verse riff twice and then plays this riff a few times
e|--------------------| B|--(8)-(8)-----------| G|---9---9------------| D|--10--10--10-10-----| A|-----------7--7-----| E|--------------------|
This sounds kinda fishy, but it works. Sometimes the (8) notes are played, they're hard to hear. There's seems to be more going on, but it's hard to hear. Guitar 2 plays the first part twice and then repeats the 9-9-10 thing a few times e|------------------------------------|--------| B|-8-8-----8-8------------------------|--------| G|-----9-------9----9-9---------------|-9-9----| D|----------------------10---10-10-9--|-----10-| A|------------------------------------|--------| E|------------------------------------|--------| However, it seems like this might be played on the B fret with 8p5 and then on the G fret with a 9p5 and 5p4. It sounds a bit like it, also some notes are repeated, but I can't figure the picking out. This might be a delay effect, as the guitar 2 part in the second bridge also sounds like more is picked. Live, only the second part (9-9-10 stuff) seems to be played by guitar 2. Intro/Verse riff again Bridge 2 ("wanted to tell you...") Guitar 1
e|----------------------------------------------------------------| B|--5---8--12--10--10---5-5-5-----5---8--12--10--10---5-8-5-------| G|--5---9--12---9---9---5-7-5-----5---9--12---9---9---5-5-5-------| D|--7--10--14--10--10---7-5-5-----7--10--14--10--10---7-5-7-------| A|--------------------------7-------------------------------------| E|----------------------------------------------------------------|
The xx755x at the beginning might be xx775x, but I can't hear that properly. Guitar 2 skips the first half of the riff above and then just plays this, probably with delay
e|------------| B|---5-5------| G|--------5---| D|------------| A|------------| E|------------|
Changeover ("...resuscitate me?") Guitar 1 only
e|-------------------------------------| B|--8-8-8--8-8-8--8-8-8----------------| G|--9-9-9--9-9-9--9-9-9----------------| D|--x-x-x--7-7-7--x-x-x--7-7-7-7/9-----| A|--8-8-8--0-0-0--x-x-x--5-5-5-5/7-----| E|----------------8-8-8----------------|
Both guitars "I was on the ice and I was underwater"
e|------------------------------------------------------------| B|--8-8-8--8-8-8-----------------------------8----------------| G|--9-9-9--9-9-9-----------9----9----9-------9---7---5---7----| D|--x-x-x--7-7-7--7-7-7---10---10---10------10---7---5---7----| A|--8-8-8--0-0-0--5-5-5--(10)-(10)-(10)------8---5---3---5----| E|------------------------------------------------------------|
Not sure about the (10) note. Not sure about the "x"s, those might be notes to form the "full" power chord. Outro ("I will cut my hair short...") Guitar 1 first 2 last e|--------------------|--------|--------| B|--------------------|--------|--------| G|--------------------|--------|--------| play that three times, last time end on 0-0-0 D|-2-2-2--------------|--------|--------| A|-------0-0-0--3-3-3-|-5-5-5--|-0-0-0--| E|--------------------|--------|--------| this riff twice e|--------------------------------|-----------------------------------------| B|--------------------------------|-----------------------------------------| G|--------------------------------|--7-7\2-5--4-4\2-4--4-4\2-5---------4----| D|--------------------------------|-----------------------------7-7\5-------| A|-2-2-2--5-5-5--8-8-8--10-10-10--|-----------------------------------------| E|--------------------------------|-----------------------------------------| The slides sound a bit weird, the video showed he slides around, but I have no idea what the guitarist is actually doing. I think like guitar 2, first time slides, then just note picking. Guitar 2
e|----------------------------------------------------------------| B|----------------------------------------------------------------| G|--5----2---5----------------------------------------------------| D|--5----2---5-----5----------------------------------------------| A|--3----0---3-----5-----5/7-7-7---5/7-7-7------------------------| E|-----------------3-----3/5-5-5---3/5-5-5----3h5-5-5--3h-5-5-5---|
First chord slides, then just hammer ons. Too lazy to figure out how often each of those is played. ************************************ | / slide up | \ slide down | h hammer-on | p pull-off | ~ vibrato | + harmonic | x Mute note | b Bend | pb Pre-bend | br Bend release | pbr Pre-bend release | brb Bend release bend ************************************
