My Favorite Mug

Intro
G Bm Am Cm

[Verso 1]

 Oh I,
G
Held you close on colder days,
Bm
In morning light and cloudy haze.
Am
A faithful friend, I held you dear,
Cm
You eased my mind when storms were near

[Verso 2]

G
I dropped you in a clumsy spin,
Bm
A tiny crack in your porcelain.
Am
My heart just sank, my hope had died
Cm
 A shattered love I couldn't hide.

[Refrão]

G Gb
You were chipped, you were stained,
      F E
 But I never once complained.
      Bm A7
Now I miss what once was

 Because you were my favorite
